RatingsXI（採点イレブン、以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。本アプリはサーバーを持たず、通信機能も備えていません。入力されたデータはすべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。
RatingsXI ("the App") collects no personal data from its users. The App has no server and no network functionality. Everything you enter is stored only on your own device.

2. 収集しない情報2. What the App does not collect
開発者は、本アプリを通じて以下のいずれの情報も収集・取得しません。
The developer does not collect or receive any of the following through the App:
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号その他の連絡先情報
- アカウント情報（本アプリに会員登録・ログイン機能はありません）
- 位置情報
- 連絡先、カレンダー、マイクなど端末上の他のデータ
- 端末識別子、広告識別子（IDFA）、その他のトラッキング用識別子
- アプリの利用状況、操作ログ、クラッシュログ
- 利用者が本アプリ内で作成した採点カードの内容
- Name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information
- Account information — the App has no sign-up or login
- Location data
- Contacts, calendar, microphone, or other on-device data
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or any tracking identifiers
- Usage data, interaction logs, or crash logs
- The content of any rating card you create in the App
本アプリには、広告配信、アクセス解析、行動追跡を目的とした第三者製の SDK やライブラリは一切組み込まれていません。また、Apple の App Tracking Transparency フレームワークに基づくトラッキングも行いません。
The App contains no third-party SDKs or libraries for advertising, analytics, or behavioural tracking, and performs no tracking under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
3. 端末内に保存されるデータ3. Data stored on your device
本アプリは、機能の提供のために以下のデータを利用者の端末内のアプリ領域にのみ保存します。これらは開発者を含む第三者に送信されることはありません。
To provide its features, the App stores the following inside its own storage area on your device. None of it is transmitted to the developer or to any third party.
- 作成した採点カードの内容（チーム名、スコア、フォーメーション、選手名、採点、コメント、MOM の指定など）
- 利用者が選択したチームエンブレム画像のコピー
- 表示言語、最近使用したフォーメーション、初回起動フラグなどのアプリ設定
- 選手名の名寄せ設定（別名と正式名の対応）
- The contents of the rating cards you create — team names, scores, formation, player names, ratings, comments, man-of-the-match selection, and so on
- A copy of any image you choose as a team emblem
- App settings such as display language, recently used formations, and a first-launch flag
- Your player name-merging settings (alias to canonical name)
選手名などの入力欄は自由入力です。実在する人物の氏名を入力するかどうかは利用者の判断に委ねられますが、いずれの場合も入力内容が端末外に送信されることはありません。
Name fields are free text. Whether you enter the names of real people is entirely your choice; in either case, what you type never leaves your device.
これらのデータは、iOS の「設定」から本アプリを削除することで、アプリ本体とともに完全に削除されます。開発者側に控えは残りません。
Deleting the App from iOS removes all of this data along with it. The developer retains no copy, because the developer never had one.
4. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス4. Photo library access
本アプリは、以下の二つの目的に限り、iOS の写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可を求めます。
The App requests access to your iOS photo library for exactly two purposes:
- 読み取り：チームエンブレムとして使用する画像を、利用者ご自身に選択していただくため。選択された画像のみが本アプリの保存領域にコピーされ、端末内に留まります。
- 書き込み：作成した採点カードを画像として写真ライブラリに保存するため。
- Reading — so that you can pick an image to use as a team emblem. Only the image you select is copied into the App's storage, and it stays on your device.
- Writing — so that an exported rating card can be saved to your photo library.
本アプリが写真ライブラリ全体を読み取ったり、画像を外部に送信したりすることはありません。アクセス許可は、iOS の「設定」からいつでも変更できます。
The App never scans your library as a whole and never uploads any image anywhere. You can change or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
5. 共有機能について5. Sharing to other apps
本アプリには、作成したカード画像を iOS の共有シートを通じて他のアプリ（SNS、メッセージアプリなど）に渡す機能があります。共有先のアプリやサービスに画像が渡った後の取り扱いは、それぞれの提供事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従うことになり、開発者の管理の及ぶところではありません。共有はすべて利用者ご自身の操作によってのみ行われます。
The App can hand an exported card image to other apps (social networks, messaging apps, and so on) through the iOS share sheet. Once an image reaches another app or service, its handling is governed by that provider's own privacy policy and is outside the developer's control. Sharing only ever happens as a result of your own deliberate action.
6. Apple による情報の取得6. Information collected by Apple
本アプリは App Store を通じて配信されます。ダウンロード数やクラッシュ情報などの統計情報が Apple によって収集される場合がありますが、これは Apple のサービスとして行われるものであり、開発者が受け取るのは個人を特定できない集計データのみです。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。なお、この情報の提供可否は、iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「解析と改善」から利用者ご自身で管理できます。
The App is distributed through the App Store. Apple may collect statistics such as download counts and crash reports as part of its own services; what the developer can see is aggregated, non-identifiable data only. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details. You control whether this information is shared at all in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
7. お子様のプライバシー7. Children's privacy
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありませんが、いかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しないため、13歳未満の児童を含め、児童の個人情報を取得することはありません。米国 COPPA および同種の各国法令が求める保護者の同意取得は、収集する情報が存在しないため必要となりません。
The App is not directed at any particular age group, but because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either, including those under 13. Since there is no collection, the parental-consent requirements of COPPA and equivalent laws elsewhere do not arise.
8. 利用者の権利8. Your rights
GDPR（EU一般データ保護規則）、CCPA（カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法）、日本の個人情報保護法などの法令は、個人データについて開示・訂正・削除等を求める権利を利用者に認めています。本アプリでは開発者が個人データを保有していないため、これらの請求に応じるべきデータは存在しません。端末内のデータについては、アプリ内での個別削除、またはアプリの削除により、利用者ご自身がいつでも完全に消去できます。
Laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA, and Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information give you rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Because the developer holds no personal data about you, there is nothing on the developer's side for such a request to reach. The data on your device is fully under your control: delete individual cards inside the App, or delete the App to erase everything at once.
9. 本ポリシーの変更9. Changes to this policy
本アプリの機能追加や関係法令の変更に伴い、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。改定した場合は、本ページに変更後の内容と最終更新日を掲載します。データの取り扱いに実質的な変更が生じる場合には、アプリの更新時にその旨をお知らせします。
This policy may be revised as the App gains features or as applicable law changes. Any revision will be posted on this page together with an updated date. If a change materially affects how data is handled, it will be communicated in the corresponding app update.
